These terms govern your use of snorted.store and any purchase you make from it. The store is operated by GLOWFALL LLC ("Snorted", "we", "us"). By placing an order you agree to what follows.

1. Who can order

You must be at least 18, or have permission from a parent or guardian who accepts these terms on your behalf. You must give accurate contact and shipping information.

2. Products and print-on-demand

Every item is printed after you order it. Garments are blank apparel from third-party manufacturers, decorated by our US print partners.

Because printing is a physical process, small variation is normal and is not a defect: print placement can shift up to half an inch, and colors on your screen will not match fabric exactly. Genuine misprints and defects are covered by our Refund Policy.

3. Pricing and payment

All prices are in US dollars and exclude sales tax, which is calculated at checkout where required. We may change prices at any time, but never after you've paid for an order.

If an item is listed at an obviously wrong price due to an error, we may cancel the order and refund you in full rather than honor it. We'll tell you if that happens.

4. Orders we can refuse

We may cancel and refund any order — including one already paid — if we suspect fraud, if the item can't be produced, or if the order violates these terms. We are not liable beyond refunding what you paid.

5. Our designs belong to us

The designs, graphics, text, and the Snorted name and logo are our intellectual property or licensed to us. Buying a shirt buys you the shirt. It does not give you the right to reproduce, resell commercially, or register the artwork on it.

6. Content you submit

If you send us a review, photo, or design suggestion, you grant us a non-exclusive, royalty-free, worldwide license to use it in our marketing. You keep ownership. Don't send us anything you don't have the right to share. We may remove content that is unlawful, hateful, or infringing.

7. Intellectual property complaints

We take infringement seriously. If you believe a design on this store infringes your copyright or trademark, email info@snorted.store with the subject "IP Complaint", identifying the work, the product URL, and your contact details. We remove products while we investigate.

8. Acceptable use

Don't scrape the site, attempt to break it, resell our products as your own brand, or use the store for anything unlawful.

9. Disclaimers

The site is provided "as is". We don't warrant that it will be uninterrupted or error-free. Nothing here excludes liability we cannot exclude by law, including for fraud or death and personal injury caused by negligence.

10. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, our total liability arising from any order is limited to the amount you paid for that order. We are not liable for indirect or consequential loss.

11. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Florida, United States, without regard to conflict-of-law rules. Disputes will be brought in the state or federal courts located in Pinellas County, Florida. If you are a consumer, this does not remove protections you have under the mandatory law of your home state.

12. Changes

We may update these terms. The version in force is the one published when you place your order.
