How long until it arrives?

5–10 business days for most US addresses. That's 2–5 days of production (your shirt doesn't exist until you order it) plus 3–5 days in transit. Alaska, Hawaii and Puerto Rico add 2–4 days.

Where does it ship from?

Print facilities inside the United States. Nothing is shipped from overseas, and there are no customs fees or three-week waits.

Where do you ship to?

All 50 US states, Washington DC, and Puerto Rico. No international shipping yet.

What does shipping cost?

$4.95 flat under $50. Free at $50 and over.

Can I return it?

If it's misprinted, damaged, defective, or the wrong item — yes, free, and we usually don't even need it back. Email us within 30 days with a photo.

If it just doesn't fit, you can send it back unworn with tags within 30 days for 100% store credit, or exchange it for a $6 reprint fee. You cover return shipping in both cases, because a printed shirt can't be resold. Full details in our Refund Policy.

How do they fit?

True to size, not oversized. If you want the loose TikTok fit, go up one size. Check the Size Guide — measuring a shirt you already own beats guessing.

What are they made of?

Tees are Bella+Canvas 3001 ringspun cotton. Hoodies are Gildan 18500 heavy blend. Printed with water-based DTG inks that sit in the fabric rather than on top of it, so nothing cracks or peels.

How do I wash it so the print survives?

Inside out, cold water, tumble dry low. Skip the bleach and don't iron directly on the print. Done properly the print outlives the shirt.

Can I cancel or fix my address?

Email us within 2 hours of ordering and we'll almost always catch it before it hits a press. After that it's usually already printing.

Where's my tracking?

You get an order confirmation immediately, then a separate email with tracking once it leaves the facility. Tracking can sit inactive for up to 24 hours after it's issued — that's normal.

My order came in two packages. Why?

Items can print at different facilities. You're never charged extra for a split shipment.

Do you print custom designs or someone else's artwork?

No custom orders, and we only print designs we create ourselves. No band logos, film quotes, sports teams, or licensed characters — that's someone else's property.

Is checkout secure?

Yes. Payments run through Shopify's PCI-compliant checkout. We never see or store your card number.
