Shipping policy
Snorted prints and ships from facilities inside the United States. Nothing crosses an ocean to reach you.
How long it actually takes
Two clocks run back to back:
- Production: 2–5 business days. Your item doesn't exist until you order it. This is the printing and quality-check window.
- Transit: 3–5 business days. Standard shipping within the continental US after production finishes.
Total: 5–10 business days from order to doorstep for most US addresses. Alaska, Hawaii, and Puerto Rico typically add 2–4 business days.
Business days are Monday to Friday, excluding US public holidays. Orders placed after 12pm ET start their production clock the next business day.

Where we ship
We currently ship to all 50 US states, Washington DC, and Puerto Rico. We are not shipping internationally yet.
Tracking
You'll get a confirmation email the moment you order, then a second email with a tracking number when your item leaves the print facility. Tracking can take up to 24 hours to show activity after it's issued — that gap is normal and doesn't mean anything is wrong.
Multiple items
Items in the same order can print at different facilities and arrive in separate packages on different days. You are never charged extra for a split shipment.
If something goes wrong
Tracking stalled for 7+ business days? Marked delivered but nothing arrived? Email info@snorted.store with your order number. We open a carrier trace and either reship or refund — see our Refund Policy.
Wrong address
We ship exactly to the address you enter at checkout. If a package is delivered as addressed to an address you mistyped, we can't refund it — but email us within 2 hours of ordering and we'll correct it before production starts.
